To determine your chest circumference, use a measuring tape and measure from under your armpits around your chest. To determine your waist, measure around your waist where you have your belly button. To determine your hip circumference, measure around your hip. For your arm length, measure from your shoulder tip to your wrist with the arm slightly bent. To determine your body height, measure your full length from the floor up without shoes.
